The brisket is so tender the moment you bite into it, it's like there's a bomb of smoky flavor and the meat just melts in your mouth. The sausage is packed with spice. The potato salad is just ok, but the shells and cheese is delicious. They'll even give you a taste of the meats before you order, so you can try before you buy. Worth the wait for sure. This is a 1-Star Michelin Joint.

First time here. Got here at 3 p.m. There was a line that I waited in for about 35 minutes. While waiting, I saw the following items were sold out: beef ribs, all three sausages, and shells & cheese. I had the sloppy hoe and potato salad. One word: phenomenal! 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

I’ve been trying to try this place for a while. We went later in the day one day and they were sold out of almost everything. Tried again today got there at 11:30 am and waited until 1:15pm. They service one group at a time, provide umbrellas for the heat or rain, and after a long HOT wait we finally got in and we were provided with a sample of the brisket. Initially I was hot but after we ate, we left so happy. Kind staff and AMAZING food! Definitely worth the wait.

Went here when it was a food truck 8 years ago and so memorable!!!! They now have a building and great parking. We got there 2 hours before opening and waited in the outside seating area until people started lining up on which at that time people did have to assert that they were first in line and was to take their place in the line (basically back up and let us all who were sitting down and here first line up lol) worth every second of waiting. We got a pound of beef rib which was 2 ribs and a pound of brisket. No sides. Cost $86. Def worth the price the ribs are phenomenal and the brisket melts in your mouth. Will be back again!!!!!!!!! While their bbq sauce is good it’s not needed!!!

Some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Was no queue at 3pm, but it was 100 degrees outside. I must be crazy but I thought the sides were basic. Friend of mine went a couple weeks after me and said the same. Friendly staff. The area is crazy dangerous. Zombie apocalypse movie style. Be careful. Car or cab to and from the restaurant ONLY!!!

Best brisket in TX. Yep, I really believe it beats out the rest. The brisket and ribs here are truly next level incredible and consistent. Definitely ask for moist brisket to get that extra fatty flavor and come early. The sausage is also very tasty and has a spicy flavor that adds to the variety. Every time I bring friends from out of town here it ruins them for other places and they agree it's their favorite.

If you go at 11:30am on a Wednesday with about a 10 minute tiny wait. Was fantastic. The overall collection of food was outstanding from top to bottom. The meat to the sides were all home runs. If you’re looking for some of the best traditional bbq in Texas this is a staple on the list. Personally loved the Pork Ribs. Thought they slightly edged out the brisket and turkey. The turkey though may of been the best turkey of my life. Also don’t forget to get the shells and cheese it was delicious and I’m glad we ordered a little extra to take home.
